My penis has these so called red lips like around the urethra and im hoping to find out what it is and hopefully how to get rid of it without really telling anyone. Don't masturbate as much. you're putting too much stress on the poor guy. Try not doing it for a few days and after it gets better do it once a day max.
It's been like that as long as i can remember, but ill try anything at this point.
