Hello there,
You have probably misspelled and you wanted to write Rosacea. This is a chronic and inflammatory skin condition that usually affects adults. It causes redness in your face. With this redness rosacea produces small, red, pus-filled bumps.
If it is left untreated rosacea can progressive. This means that your condition gets worse over time. But in most people rosacea is cyclic.
Signs and symptoms of rosacea can flare up for a period of weeks to month. After this it usually diminish before flaring up again.
And yes it can affect your lips as well. But if you continue to feel this you need to consult your doctor for proper treatment. I hope that you will resolve your problem soon.
