Day **** 20**** This is beginning to become a lot of fun. 14lbs are gone and I am feeling better every day!!! I started swimming, I heard that it is supposed to be good to get back in shape, and it is something I like to do so I won't give it up so fast. I am looking for something else to do, but I just can't find the right thing, got any ideas??
It is so great that you are losing weight without that much effort. I really hope that I will the my pills soon, too! Can't wait to start!
Yes I am very ahppy with my diet pills, I am sure that you will be too. Are you going to join a diet group or something? We are going out dancing tonight, that will be fun I haven't enjoyed a night out dancing for a long time.
Yes I also think so. I mean why not? I guess if the pills work for you they should also help me to get rid of my overweight. But I really need to eat less chocolate-I just don't know how. Do you think I should do a diet? I don't think that this is necessary-I just need to stop eating chocolate :-(
Is chocolate the only fatty thing you eat? How about if you really try and give it up or at least cut down on it. There must be a way for you to give it up. I don't think that you are over weight just because of chocolate, what else do you eat?
Yes actually I think so. I am not a big fan of junk food or ice cream (don't call me crazy but it is true). I just love the stupid chocolate and I think that I am actually eating quite healthy food. Imean I eat lots of veggies and fruits and I drink a lot of water too. i think it is really the chocolate which made me become so fat.
***Day 26*** just got off the scale, 22 lbs are gone, I have ordered another package of redusyn, decided to do this one more month, it has been going so well. Boy you really have a chocolate problem, but I can't imagine that you can be overweight from just that, How much do you want to lose? Have you tried giving it up for awhile to see if that is really the problem?
