I have an outgrown tissue on my thumb. It's on top of it, directly on finger bendd. With time the tissue gets corneous. When I bend the finger the tissue breaks and bleads...then heals...and then again. It's annoying and doesn't look good. I was wondering how much can a surgeon charge me for removing this unwanted tissue. What are my options?
