"How to Get Well" by Pavo Ariola, it's been around since the 70's, and "Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom" by Christianne Northrup. They are both world reknowned.

Pavo's good for everyone. He's been a mentor for many "New Age" alternative practitioners. You may even find copies of his book at used book stores.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that your periods are so difficult and it sounds like you might have difficulty with your birth control, which is my guess. are you on birth control right now? I hope that maybe that's the issue. Can you let me know?

Hey, i have it too. its horrible. i havent gone to the doc yet. I have had implanon put in a year ago. i thought maybe that was it so im getting it removed as ive had it a year now. this bleeding is so seriously heavy and the pains are really bad and i have had to go to the loo 14 times today.. does anyone else have implanon in? that could be a common thing maybe? :-(
