I am having same problem been going on for about a year now, have brought it up many times to the doctor no response but also was talking about other issues, my pain is excruciating on my left side right behind my ear. Sometimes I just want to stop having sex all together. Maybe just cut it off. After a orgasm it last 1-2 hours once lasted all day. My wife is to the point of not wanting to have sex in fear of me hurting.

If I cum two days in a row I get that sore, sensitive pain on the right side of my head along with sharp eye pain apon awakening.
