Ever since my early adolescence(now I´m 19) I´v e had intense itch episodes in my genitals; the itch comes intermitently for some 30 minutes and then it disappears, they happen in "everyother day average" intervals. I must admit that when this heavy itch arrises i do scratch the area, at times even to the point that the skin apears to be redenned...irritated( not scrred though) I guess. I must say the itch gets to be so intense that most of the time I just instictively scratch unable to help it. Over The years I´ve noticed a series of irregularly shaped spots in my genitals ( I´m not positive but I think these dind´t use to be there and I´d say their size increses), one of these gets to almost fully cover the skin of one of my testicles. These spots don´t actually appear to be elevated over the rest of the skin at all, what distinguishes them clearly is their color, they appear to be completely pale while the rest of the penis and scrotum is covered with a sort of tanned coloured skin(the regular skin)-I´m white if you´re wondering (the tan I refer to is light)-,added to this the parts of the skin that lay in spots are smoother and even slightly shiny. I´VE BEEN AS SPECIFFIC AS POSSIBLE... Now; Is it onbly a mattrer of pigmentation combined with conventional unharmful itch? I mean is it may be a birthmark that enlargened as I increased the size of my testicles allong with my testicle skin. Is it a weird desease or sindrome. Did the repeatedly irritated skin end up loosing a cover or changing its texture...?
Thankyou very much for your time
try going ot a dermatologist and getting prescription hydrocortisone

i have the exact problem. ive notice "dry like blisters" sort of, on the base (lower left portion) of my scrotum. it has a lighter pigment than the rest of the "scrotum skin." ive searched up genital warts, sores, std's, hiv's, EVERYTHING and cant seem to match what i have. a bit worried to know what it is and what has caused it. i started off scratching the area a few months ago to relieve "regular itches" but became a Habit every other night or so. i started noticing "lighter oval like - somewhat shiny" skin that resembles a dry blister but is actually soft. does not hurt or irritate in anyway. if anyone knows whats the cause please let me know. i have no insurance at the moment (age 19) and a bit embarrass to go to a skin doctor. any recommendations????? PLEASE HELP!!!

Maybe excema or psoriasis?

You most likely have vitiligo. It is an autoimmune skin disorder, not unlike psoriasis. Vitiligo can be caused by skin injuries, and genitals seem especially sensitive to developing vitiligo. It can be treated.
To repigment the areas, a dermatologist can prescribe UV light therapy, possibly in combination with prescription ointments.
Another option is to use over-the-counter skin lighteners to lighten the whole area, making the unpigmented areas less noticeable. Hydroquinone ointments can be had for $6 from nearly any drug store.

I have the same exact issue. I went with the lightening route, and am pleased. The unpigmented splotches are still there, just much less noticeable.

It seems to be a mild or early stage of Fournier gangrene of the scrotum, due to frequent masturbation. This makes it possible for entry of germs(fungi, bacteria, virus) into the soft skin(scrotum). Not to scare you though.
Eat good food to boost up your immune system. Wash your balls after you cum and dry it well before you sleep. And reduce or abstain if possible.

I have literally the exact problem. I get internet itch episodes where I cannot help but scratch. The 30 seconds I spend scratching feel like heaven but right after I get a burning sensation. This has caused several lighter skinned spots on my balls and they itch like hell sometimes
