Im 26 and have similar condition.My situation hasn't started until after being in a medically induced coma for a month.When I woke up,I was very confused and was alone in my hospital room and started unhooking my I.v. hookups and attempted to pull my catheter out of my penis.I tore the end of my urethra and caused pain and discomfort inside.I was checked out by my urologist and he said I was OK.But now I have string-like semen that expells out of my penis when I poop.I know I do not have an s.t.d. At times I have slight pain around my prostate area.Is this normal in any way or is it result from attempting to remove the catheter???
I'm relieved too!!! I thought I had prostate problems, cancer or something along those lines... =D

This happens when you've recently been very aroused, and then didn't have sex. The ejaculate began its journey, but didn't get full release.
If you enjoy anal sex or just enjoy anal stimulation whether you are gay or not then this should be a familiar sensation it is from pressure on your prostate if you like how this feels I encourage you to experiment with prostate massagers or other things. It happens when I defecate and I never push hard technically it is better to relax and let your feces come out on it's own when you go to the restroom.
Guys thanks for your postings, I am 56 years old , heterosexual, reasonably healthy & have the same situation occur with a semen like discharge when I have been having a bowel motion. I have a full medical checkup every January including having my prostate checked, everything is okay.Thanks for clearing my worries up.
You are either constipated or are dehydrated and your stool is so big that it is pushing on your prostate as you are having a bowel movement. But, on a worse case senario: It could also be a sign that you have an enlarged prostate, which could mean problems or even possible cancer. It would be advisable to be seen by a doctor just to rule out any possible medical problems.
You have an enlarged prostate. Good luck taking a piss or jizzing when youre older. Talk about painful.

When you have large stool it rests on your internal plumbing & when the stool is released...sometimes semen is too. Nothing to worry about.

Hi Cory. Im 32 and it happens to me. Who the heck am I supposed to ask this? Right. I even went in another room to search this. Hah, anyway sometimes it's alot sometimes not. Honestly, I'm not a promoter or anything. Im from Pennsylvania. But, I started eating at least 2 yogurts a day, but only Activia works. But, I also found a drop I get prescribed or buy, it's called healthy prebiotic, but either way keep up on prostate exams each year and/or if anything else changes. Do you mind if I ask, does it normally hurt more than usual for you to have a movement. I don't have any uhm hemorrhoids, I just mean does it feel like scissors or you know what I mean? I thought maybe it might be water intake because honestly I don't drink enough liquids but.. I went to a urologist and all that. They looked at me like I've gone mad or crazy. It would be nice to know I'm not alone...
I've also had this same problem from the time I hit puberty and still happening at the age of 25. Almost every time I poop I precum a bit too, my doctor said its nothing to worry about. Happens when you push too hard and stimulate prostate or the valve which holds cum and precum back until you're ready to get off opens ever so slightly. Honestly I precum like its my job, I can't remember one single time that I haven't soaked my underwear by the time the kissing starts. I'm also very easily aroused and have noticed that if I've been fooling around and have to stop to pee majority of what comes out is precum.
