Hey man, that is totally normal. I unfortunately an on opiates do my stools are always hard and difficult to pass no matter what i do or take they are like that so it pushes against my prostate resulting in semen coming out whilst defacating. Don't stress bro
I can squeeze out a little semen any time I want by simulating a hard push and not going No.1 or 2.

I have this from prolonged amphetamine usage (adderall - prescribed, not abused). Stimulants can cause contractions in the smooth muscle around your prostate, etc. It's fine.
I always thought it's me.

This happens to me if I have not ejaculated for a few days then take a sh*t. In fact I write this as I'm on the john and have released quite alot of sperm as we speak.
I have the same problem , but it's not like seamen but some transperent liquid that comes out. But after it I don't feel tired like after releasing sperms. It's something different. And I have also noticed that I release that when I press too hard
