Severe pain, daughter can't eat and is losing weight, possible gallbladder problem, what do we do?

I have posted situation on several sights. Can't get a response, the one I did get said diet and loose weight, she is barely eaying, we have eliminated any possible triggers doesn't matter attacks are still happening . My daughter is 16, 5 ft 10 and was 130lbs a month ago now down to 118lbs. She has been suffering severe painful attacks in her upper right quadrant, into right shoulder, naseau, occasional clay colored stool. We ended up in ER 10 days ago. The attacks have been bad last week we ended up in the ER. Her labs came back normal, an ultrasound sound was done as well. Thr ultrasound showed gallbladder was distended and enlarged with small amount of gravity dependent intraluminal biliary sludge. Clinical impression was Biliary colic. ER doctor said in his report he is convinced it is a gallbladder problems but gallbladder findings are not enough to justify emergency surgery. He ordered HIDA scan to document defective gallbladder function. We were to follow up with doctor for referral to surgery. HIDA scan was done very next day. We followed up with doctor who said well it's not your gallbladder, probably stress, anxiety. Should we get a second HIDA at a different hospital? Could a second one show different results? Older sister had gallbladder removed 2 years ago. Our 16 spent most of this morning on the floor curled up in tears. She is not wanting to go back to ER or doctor because no one will help. In regards to Hida scan, when half and half is used instead of cck should patient drink half and half fast as possible then immediately back under camera or do they need to move around after half and half. They had daughter drink half and half really fast, then went immediately back under camera. Oldest daughter said with her hida scan after she drank half and half she was sent walking for bout 20 min. I am so confused, scared, just want help for our daughter.
