I'm a 43 year old woman and I'm VERY concerned about this severe abdominal bloating I'm experiencing. Here's a little information about me.I am a type1 diabetic and have been for 10 years now,and had a FULL hysterectomy at 24.I'm 5'3" and 115lbs.so I'm thin...This bloating started approximately 4weeks ago in the middle of the day my stomach started bloating and within 2-3 hours it was so big I looked 8 months pregnant(not an exaggeration).Everyday this is happening.I wake up and a few hours later it starts to bloat to the same pregnant size. This is with NO food, just coffee or tea. From under my breasts down to my pubic hair line. It's hard as a rock with no constipation,no more gas than I've always had. This is so very uncomfortable and also pain but not like a sharp or throbbing just hurts mostly around the sides of my belly.I'm not taking anything new for prescription medications. The only thing I take for vitamins is,krill oil 500mg.,Iron 65mg.So from the information I've provided, will an answer come soon from a medical doctor/GI specialist PLEASE!!!!! I can send some pictures too.I had a FLAT tummy a month ago and now pregnant belly without the blessing of a child inside.Thank you,Heather.
Try getting on probiotics and digestive enzymes these things can make a big difference in how you feel. Also keep track of the foods you're eating as you may be sensitive to some foods and then avoid eating them and become more aware of which foods have GMO's in them as there really bad for humans to eat! Hope this helps you it worked wonders for me.
Look up Dr Ken Brown gastroenterologist and SIBO can cause severe bloating
