Umm try watching porn and then having sex. That way your thing will get hard and it'll be easy.
Don't worry about it so much. stick your penis in.. think of happy thoughts.. don't stress about it and I would think you would eventually get hard with how good it feels. The more you worry about it and think about it while in the act your just increasing you chances of going limp. Alot of arousal is in our heads. so think of how good it feels to be pleasing your woman. Or have her do some oral to get your more aroused.. that might help.
