Ok ive seen post about this but nothing has really explained anything. The past 2 days i've been experiencing really fast sharp pains across my stomach area and this occurs about twice a day and its to the point where i fall on the floor because it hurts so bad. Could it be pregnancy? gallstones? appendix? i just dont know. Someone help please. These really hurt and what should i do.
