I am suffering from Scheuermann's Disease. After several visits to doctor and bone scans diagnose was kyphosis in the upper back. I notice that my body got used to it with time. I started with therapy and exercising after diagnose. I want to warn people with Scheuermann's that exercising the back too much brings back the spasms. So, watch out!
It seems to me that Scheuermann's Disease is on the rise. I already know six people that have Scheuermann's Disease of ranging degrees. You're right about the exercising. I decided that it's best to just take a break and concentrate on stretching. The only good thing from this is that my flexibility has increased.
Hi there, if you are on facebook look for the page I created as I suffer from this condition also.
like the page, I post info that I have found.
