To start it, I am completely unaware about the medical terms of what I am going to express here. I am presently 30 years old and I am planning to get married in next 6 years. But what I am going to express here is really something which has made me extremely worried.
I have been masturbating since I was 12. I will not blame it for what I am facing now. I have got a very small penis with too little girth. Apart from that I have been facing very little excitement time as it takes little to no time for my semen to come out of my penis while masturbating.
Please prescribe your suggestion at the earliest so that I can lead a normal married life.

It sounds like "premature ejaculation" or PE.
To start with, learn what it feels like before you orgasm. Slow down and stop when you get close. Then start again. The idea of masturbation shouldn't be just to ejaculate but to learn control.
There are resources and even medications that can help. Google is your friend here.
Also, define short. The average ADULT penis is about 5 - 5 1/2". Remember, most of the nerves on a woman are near the outside of the vagina. It's not how big it is it is what you do with it that matters.

Also, after you asked about 'how short', I just measured and in excitement it's around 3 inches or a little more. Can you suggest how I can gain something around 5 inch - is there any way without side effect. I understand what you meant but at the end of the day I feel it's too short and having less girth. Please help.

Yes, look up "premature ejaculation." You should find lots of information on it.
There really isn't much you can do to get a longer penis. If you have a lot of body fat, that can make it appear smaller. There is a surgical procedure that basically cuts the attachment of your penis to your body and then reattaches it lower so that it "appears" longer. The side effect is that your penis is "floppy."
Drugs won't do a thing for making you bigger.
Your penis is big enough to have sex. You will find a woman that appreciates you for who you are.
