it's the spurs on the achilles acting up again. But this time it's not from increasing my mileage too quickly, it's just from trying to get back into running. I ran about 3 miles friday evening, and saturday morning I could barely walk on it until I got it stretched out. I bought some advil and the pain isn't nearly as bad, but it's still there. I fear my next run will bring it all back again.

I want to run through it, but not do any more damage. any ideas?
