My wife told me that I should be pulling back my foreskin before sex. Is she right as I have had sex before with no problems.
Normally when you have a foreskin and you insert your penis into the vagina the foreskin will glide back and forward on its own if it's loose enough.

She says that it will be more pleasurable for both of us due to my penis head being sensitive as I am not circumcised. She also says that she enjoys it more when we have oral sex but she normally retracts it herself during oral sex
As I said if your foreskin is loose it will glide back on its own as you insert your penis into her vagina and slip back and forward as you go in and out, even if you pull your foreskin back before you insert your penis it is most likely your foreskin will slip back over as your having sex. If she likes to pull it back when you have oral then that's fine, hard she ever done it with her mouth as she is given you head or just with her hand?
She normally does it with her hand. She said something about getting a penis ring in order for my penis to feel circumcised as it helps the penis release sperm easier.
It doesn't matter if you have a foreskin or your circumcised you will ejaculate exactly the same. A penis ring is mainly used to give a harder erection by constricting around the base of the penis shaft and not letting the blood flow back out again until you remove it after intercourse.

My foreskin partially retracts when I am erect and it is easy to pull it all the way back over the head when erect and it slides back and forth fine during sex.
You can try pulling it back before you start but I'll guarantee after a couple strokes it will be back over the glands again.
She wants to find a way to keep it retracted all of the time. Is there a way?
Some penis rings might if you put your testicles through it as well but he it's just round the shaft it will most probably just slide back and forth with the in out action.

She wants you to come sooner? If she prefers the feeling of your bare knob rubbing inside her vagina and/or you like it better too by all means find a way to hold it back but you will most likely come much sooner. I tried it a couple times but my wife didn't like the feeling of the bare knob in there so that ended that. They do make straps that go around your penis and under your balls to hold it in place. You can find them in adult toy stores and on line.

I doubt it will have any effect on the sperm thing except to make you come quicker because your bare head will get more excitement. I think she has a great idea there about it feeling better, for you at least. I always pull my foreskin back so I can rub my bare head to masturbate.
