I had unprotected sex the 8 of June around 7:45 am and took next choice morning after pill around 3:45 pm the next day the 8 and I have irregular periods and haven't got mine yet I'm stressing please help

It's too early to test. You need to wait at least 2, preferably 3, weeks after having sex before it will be accurate.
The morning after pill is very effective within 72 hours. It is unlikely you are pregnant.
