Yesterday night I went round my mates house for a party and I had to walk like 20 mins to get to her house, with really heavy bags and my shoulder neck and arm really hurt when I move them, my shoulder is the worst, I can't even lift my arm right up so it's straight without it hurting, what could I of done? And do you think I should get it checked out?
