Smoking affects the whole body. Even the joints in between bones. Your liver processes what you take in, as do your kidneys. They are there for a reason... flush out the bad and keep circulation within the body going. Treat your body right and your body will be good to you. Sounds like all of these symptoms I am reading are caused by anxiety. Think of it this way... do you dread waking up? Are you under stress? You will feel nauseous because the mind is reacting to something it doesn't like and your body gives you the feeling of sickness. No. I'm not a doctor. Get yourself checked for G.E.R.D. The bad taste in your mouth is a huge indicator. GERD is often confused for acid reflux, but it needs treated more aggressively. At the VERY least research & compare your symptoms to GERD.

I get it aswell but goes as soon as I eat thought it was dat as I do bodybuilding and wake up alright but within ten minutes weird feeling like my stomachs fighting/eating itself and usually alot of noise coming from stomach

It sounds like bad acid reflux. My doctor told my dad that he needs to be vertical for 4 hours after his dinner otherwise when you lay down right after eating it stresses your sphincter muscle which allows for acid to creep out of the stomach. One symptom of that can be nausea in the morning. The fact that you told me that he's taking those tablets shows me that he's already struggling with this. I would recommend eating dinner many hours before going to bed and make sure you drink water with your dinner to help digestion.

Waking up with a bad taste in your mouth isn't always caused by acid reflux. There is also a chance that you have post natal drip, as do I. I'm starting to believe that this sickness is becoming more of a psychological issue due to the fact it happens so frequently. I suffer from anxiety and my symptoms are so much worse on work days. The weekends don't bother me so much which says a lot. However I do experience sickness after eating which comes with bloating and the feeling that the food just sits in my stomach for a prolonged period of time. Many doctors immediately scream acid reflux caused by too much acid in the stomach and throw PPI's (proton pump inhibitors) at you. But did you know that having an issue with low stomach acid causes the exact same problems? It's a fact that as we get older our stomach acid production lessens. If you often feel full quickly, suffer from bloating, nausea after eating or that food is fermenting in your stomach and not moving along. Then I strongly recommend you look into Betaine HCL. If you want me to go more in detail just ask.

I saw a gastroenterologist today and he brought up the fact that stomachs take some time to wake up in the morning. He suggested waking earlier and doing some excersize to wake it up and get over the nausea feeling before the day starts.

Have you have your addrenal glands or pituitary glands checked? I suffer from nausea ( almost vomiting) every morning and have to take something for my addrenal glands and I take a suppliments for my liver. Many times ppl don't realize the. Nausea could be a lack of multiple things.
One woman mentioned low Vit D, mine was low and I took 20,000 iu a day for 2 weeks and now take 50,000 iu (drops with bit k) once a week and it keeps my Vit levels normal. I also take a multi Vit B injection once a week because many people have low Vit B too. Some don't realize it's their bodies needing to be detoxed (possibly from being sick after taking antibiotics and dead bacteria, cells and microorganisms are backing up your system) if I feel discomfort (or nausea and pain) through the day I take samento burbur detox and microbial defense. If it's because you need detoxed the pain will go away briefly as these can be done multiple times a day but start with only 1-3 drops in 1/8 glass water and wait 1 minute before drinking repeat as needed.
Here is a brief morning for me and it usually works.
*Wake up nauseaed and weak
*Get up and drink my addrenal herbal tea and liver herbal tea ( which has cinnamon for ballancing sugar levels. If I buy premade teas I add cinnamon and manuka honey to help sweeten and help sugar levels)
* sometimes I add the samento microbial defense and burbur detox but only if above hasn't helped in 15 mins
* By this time, maybe 20 mins has passed and I am able to get moving and have a nice day.
If you can't figure out the teas; I used I love my addrenal's and I love my liver until I learned what herbal teas to buy and how to mix the flavors.
If you need something asap, buy V8 and add 1/4 tsp lemon and a little acv with mother and drink 4-6 oz and follow with water.
I could write a book on it but it's more than likely sugar drop, dehydration, and possibly not eating properly if you want a quick fix to all 3 here is how I am able to function while traveling/touring (raw veggies (V8) will stop problems if it's sugar, or eat fruit in the morning) I use to eat melon/fruit plate with 1/4 bagal and peanut butter with water and skim milk. So you cover all 3 except for addenal or liver so I just carry the tea bags alor ready made tea. Sometimes a protein shake works too, depends on my gut.
