Hey! So I have like the same problem and I smoke pot all the time now. Every time I stop smoking, for the first week I can't keep anything down and am always nauseous. I wonder if that could be part of it.

what low carb food could I eat that early that would reduce the queasiness? No toast, crackers, or other carbs. I have diabetes (type 2) but have been really slack on diet for last 7 or 8 months. I have worked graveyard shift ( 11pm - 7am) for the most part of the last 30 years. Just changed jobs 6 weeks ago to having to get up early. Dehydration and an empty stomach, or no carbs in your stomach can cause nausea, antihistamines can dehydrate you, and if you are in the heat or humidity all day it can dehydrate you. Caffeine dehydrated you, vitamins on an empty stomach make you sick and if you are dehydrated, your blood sugar concentration will go out, making you feel unwell. Lack of sleep and taking anything to stay awake and active can definitely irritate the stomach. Try Prilosec, or a prescribed acid reducer. Get sleep, eat well, drink water.
