I suspect that my friend is suffering from bulimia. I have been browsing the web for information about bulimia to help her, but I have not had much luck yet. Can anyone from this site help me perhaps? What are the side effects of bulimia? Have you any advice for me?
I am sorry to hear that your friend is struggling with an eating disorder. I appreciate that you are trying to help your friend, but an eating disorder really has to be treated by professionals, something that can be really hard, because people with eating disorders often cannot see they have a problem. In my opinion, the best thing you can do for your friend is to be there for her and lend a shoulder to cry on.
