since one of my testacles is bigger the right one is bigger like a lot bigger and at times it hurts a lil.. is it dangerous to have sex?
It shouldn't be dangerous as such. Do you know why the right one is a lot larger? Some variance is common.
You could have an infection causing the swelling, it could also be an STD.
