Skin mites on people's skin

I got them from cats I took in ,I have been battling these things for about 5 years. I went to the hospital when I first got them but didn't know what they were called so I got no help at all there.My question is how do you use the baking soda and water and how much do you use?

Most Doctors would not believe you. You did the right thing by treating yourself. Mention mites or insects to a medical professional and they usually refer you to a therapist.

Wow this is pretty much what I needed to hear! Thanks a million young lady. I have been suffering with this now for such a long time and live like you in a very clean home, do the last thing we'd like to think is that we're dirty. Would you be so kind enuf as to email all these steps with ur stuff to me please, as you can see it's late in the middle if the nite where I just can't sleep from this horrific lack of sleep!! I'd really appreciate it!!

Hi Bill, I just came across this thread & I'm wondering the status of your mite issue? I bombed my house yesterday & I can already tell the air is clearer, bc yes, whatever I'm fighting seems to be airborne or become airborne when there is a lot of activity in my home. Worse when my central a/c unit is on. Any pointers you can give? I use borax in the laundry, spray everything including my clothing in 91% isopropyl alcohol. I don't know what else to do. As soon as I leave the house, I feel somewhat better.

sunscreen spf30 or higher and baby powder it works but you need to treat the environment around you, bomb or pest control and see a specialist for skin mites, the website I mentioned will work but to purchase all the products is expensive.

I was able to eradicate tiny black mites by: sprinkling the rugs with baking soda and vacuuming. Buying tea tree oil products for hair and skin (available at Trader Joe's for $3.99). Whenever I would feel a sting I would add witch hazel to a cotton ball and wipe the area. Usually I could see tiny black dots. Once I could see them, I knew I had the culprit. Afterwards I applied Vaseline to the area to protect it. I also found that after I washed my hands if I applied a coat of Vaseline small black dots may appear. If so, wash them away with water. I now religiously use Vaseline. I am bite free now, but will remain vigilant, because I don't know what their life cycle is, and they may return.

I just tried your idea with a variation. I stood in the shower and used the mostly peroxide mix with some water and scrubbed it in everywhere. Then air dry. No BP so I used Diatomaceous Earth for the rub. We will see

Thank you so much !!! I am definitely going to take your advice !! I dont know where they came from but I have been suffering since July and it's Oct. ! So has my husband, but not so bad for him. I got him clean but every time I thought I was I found those eggs again and you are right I am in poor health since my surgery ! Well that's gonna change! I have bombed my house five times and had an exterminator here twice and I still have them ! I have used your peroxide on me to try and get the tea tree oil off of my skin and eventually it worked ! The bugs attach themselves to my husbands scrotum and they lay eggs in my vagina and at night I wake up and can feel them at my anus and it hurts! Tonight my butt really hurts! I've been to the doctor 3 times to no avail. My family doctor looked at me and told me she did not believe me. I was so depressed after the exterminator sprayed and they still laid their eggs on me I went to ER thinking that someone there would really help me. i ended up traumatized there and not over it either.! They did not believe me cause he looked at my vagina and could not "see" them and didn't look at my bites or scrape me or look in my container that I took with some in and they talked me into signing into the 3rd floor me thinking that they were going to help me if they did. No! They took me to the looney bin ! I was in a prison for a week and every 15 minutes someone came to look in on me and looked windows, no tv's can't visit another room if you make friends with another girl to talk must attend group therapy meetings but they don't talk about why your there and the doctor is a therapist not a doc to examine me . i started showing them the bugs to prove to them i wasn't lying and the nurses wrote it down but it seemed the more they saw them the more the therapist ignored the subject and he started asking you didn't see any bugs today did you? I learned then that the only way to get out and get home was to act their way. SMILE, be cheerful , sweet, no bugs...oh no their gone! and eventually being away from home I did get rid of them my last day :) there. Then I came home and two days later I had them on me again and it's been a nightmare all over again. I had to demand to get a referral to see an infectious doctor so i can get rid of these and get advice to get rid of them in the house too . We took our animals to the vets but he said they were clean but when our dog gets up from laying on our bed you can see eggs where she was laying and she's treated for lice and so is the cat and I see eggs in her tail !! What can I do?

did you eventually get the mites out of your privates and your husbands? Please tell me how
