Hi, I live on the fast track. My job requires me to get up very early. I only have the time to drink a cup of coffee. When I get to office, I have so much work I don't have time to eat. Deficiency in time continues. As a result, I skip my breakfast. Should I expect some negative effects since I am skipping breakfast regularly?
Hi, I must say that you are living a quite unhealthy life. I am sure that you are aware of the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Apparently, you have replaced it with coffee. There could be some damages made to your health. The first one affected is stomach. But this is does not have to be a serious thing. Since you do not have time for breakfast, I suggest you take some supplements in addition to other meals. Also, there are pro-biotic yogurts that are very affective in making up for the loss you have made by not having breakfast. Hope that you will listen to my advice.
