Hi, I am 24 years old male and I have very specific problem. I have slight fever every evening while during a day everything is fine. I don't know what may be the reason for it but it really annoys me and I become very nervous because of it. If someone had similar problem please share with me your experiences?

Try having a good drink of Gin (alcohol) before going to bed. In the morning this strange persistent very slight fever will be gone.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one! I had flu 2 months ago and my temperature has not really returned to normal since then. Now it's normal when I wake up in the morning but rises steadily after about 4 or 5 pm until I go to sleep at night. It's so uncomfortable cos I feel so hot all the time. I also feel slightly "flu-ish" and have had a sore throat and cough for 3 weeks now. I was beginning to think I was somehow imagining it (as most Dr's make me feel!) but I'm so glad I'm not the only one with the same problem. Good luck everyone and feel better soon!
Does anyone have chillls or anythin gelse like that when you get a fever? I did have this happen a while ago, but it doesn't happen to me any longer. I don't know what started it. Does anyone have any other insight?
am also have the same problem for 2-3 week ,what could be the reason ?
It is possible that you haev a slight infection or illness that has persisted so I think your best course of action would be to at least get some bed rest to see if that doesn't help the problem by taking a day off. What do you think?
I run a slight fever almost every night and more so towards the end of the week. It's like my immune system is low or something. When the weekend comes I have NO energy. This has been going on for at least 4 years. All the doctors I have gone to just blow me off or just run blood tests and those always come back fine. I really would like to have some kind of clue of what is going on
When the doctors are completely failing to heal this fever, and they dont even seem to understand it,
this has to be VOODOO, (i wudnt like to talk about lame things as magic, but the doctor's nitwit-ness makes me say so.)
If it is a virus, which is most certainly the case, a hospital or your insurance company can't throw enough money at it to make it disappear fast enough... so don't listen to the idiots that blame the system. It is honestly up to your immune system. You can take medicine to help reduce the symptoms, ie: Nyquil, cough medicine, Tylenol, not not to make it leave. Like people have said, fluids and sleep work the best. A vaccine would help fight the virus during the onset, but not after contracting it.
I have been having the same problem, low grade fever every evening especially, I just had it once in the morning.
Has anyone found out yet if there is a virus/infection. I'm thinking about going to doctor soon, but so far I've had it for 5 days only.
I also read somewhere that high fever means the immune system is strong and working well, would this mean there is a problem with the immune system then??
I too have this late night fever...temperature is anywhere from 100-102.5. I also have a cough and vomitting(sometimes)...Had this for near 2 weeks now and went to 3 different doctors during that time period...One said it was a throat infection, other said it was a viral syndrome and the third said it was food poisoning...None of the treatments they gave me have worked...Wnet back and they gave me more antibiotics and what do u know,im back to having a fever and vomitting still...I missed work and cant afford to do this anymore...they did blood work, cat scan on my abs, chest x-rays and urine test and found nothing...what the hell is it?
Get a blood test and check for HIV and HepC
