Guys, there are lots of glands in this area. Any kind of infection can cause a minor infection which may cause a small lump. This can be slightly painful at first and seem like a spot/in growing hair. If it becomes more infected it can become extremely sensitive and the size of a grape. If symptoms last for more than 7-10 days might need a Dr to look and perhaps prescribe antibiotics but otherwise will just go. As a rule of thumb, if it hurts it is not cancer so don't hit that panic button!

Most of these r like cysts ( infections) that will build pressure and eventually burst which can be painful or antibiotics can reduce them
