I have this small bump on my testicles... It is white with a little tiny black dot in the center. There is only one, it is very small, and it is not painful when touched. I am very worried about it though, what could it be?

It's on your scrotum, not your testicle. There is a big difference.
It's likely a pimple or zit. You can get them on your genitals too.
