I also have these and have multiple children. They seem to be getting worse as I get older and although it is embarassing if you have a partner who loves you then it shouldn't matter. I would love to find a way to get rid of them though

Not true. My fiancé pops mine for me and they go away. They do go away on their own. They're caused from sweat. Sweat bumps. You can get rid of them. It doesn't feel to pleasant popping them no but they go away and come back. It's the boob cycle of life. :) gotta love boobs though lol I don't know what I'd do without my girls.

So it doesn't mean I'm pregnant ? Because I'm a diabetic which causes me to he late on my period by I have these little bumps and my breasts are SORE, but usually they get that way when my periods coming

They are very natural and best left alone...i used to pop mine hoping for them to go away and ended up getting one infected (aka a Montgomery cyst). From there it grew bigger and bigger, uglier and uglier and began to hurt very badly. I just recently had to have a surgery done to remove it. And let me tell you it was not fun! Im glad to finally be done with it and i will never pop another one again. My doctor suggested to use a heat compress to help easy any pain/itching and ovoid this problem to happen again.
Yes my brother gets them too.. Everyone has them.some ppl are lucky that there tiny and unnoticeable but mine are huge cuz ive popped them so please dont do that because they become huge and ugly
