I have some really small 1MM bumps on my penis. I am uncircumcised so when you stretch the skin you really see it, it is at the top of my penis (foreskin). I have had the bumps for about 8 months now, they do not change as in go away, bleed, or seem to have any liquid in them. They sort of look like:

I went in for an STD checkup about 4 months ago and they said I might have herpes but then i did a follow up test which was negative.
ANy ideas on what these bumps can be?

Sounds like genital warts to me
Did your doctor elaborate more after ruling out herpes? Did he prescribe you anything?
