Well, this afternoon, I was sitting in my car, waiting for my grandfather to get out of the doctor, and all of a sudden, it literally felt like I wet myself. I put my hand down to see what on Earth was going on, and it was bloody. It wasn't regular blood though... it was a bit darker, and more mucus-ey.
All I know is now my bottoms feels soooo much better now... Everyone I speak to about it tells me to go to the doctor, just in to get on anti-biotics. I just wanted to share my story in case anyone's ever in the same boat as me. ; )

I had the same problem. Only that, I had this uncomfortable vowel movement- when I sleep, I feel like there is a need to go to the toilet. Its just as if the sphincter muscle is moving-- the same movement when u are passing the stool.
So, I went to see the doctor, I was given deflon, and some forgotten-names medications. over 2 weeks, I notice the lump, it was inside the 'meat', but over time, in a week, it is moving to the surface of the skin. And it was SUPER-SENSITIVE and so painful. I hardly walk properly@@@!
BUT-.. after 2 days of pain... the SWOLLEN LUMP broke off- releasing some fluid and bit of blood trace. And within 3 days it shrunk completely and all I can see is just a left over skin.
And it's not over yet.
The worst part is NOW.! I am having this obvious blood on my stool. RED-THICK, and scary! It turns the whole water red!
The doctor told me, it was just an anal fissure, so he gave me Lactulose Solution to soften the stool and I finished bottles (the last cup is today), and I am still having the same problem.
I will see again the doctor, and have him to do more check-up on me to find out the cause.

i had a bowel movement a day lateror two later i can feel a small lump which is painfull and discomfortable im only in the second day off this and im very embaressed to see a doctor about this and scared it may be cancerous i always think the worse ive never had this before is there anything that can relieve pain , can you please help ???? very worried.
The thing is i am not sure whether the one that broke off is the haemorrhod or something else. it contain more fluid than blood.. but now the left over skin from the rupture is still there, and its damn itchy... i dont think it will go away, its like part of the meat.. idk how to take it off. im afraid of surgery. lol
just today i had the worst constipation ever; it was a first to me, and it really hurt so much my siblings thought i was trying to give birth inside the bathroom. when i inspected it earlier this evening i noticed a pea-sized lump just outside of my anus and i was so scared i started researching and thankfully got to this site. i understand now it could be a case of haematoma, but did anyone with a similar case had some sort of what looked like a tiny puncture wound on the lump area? it isn't really painful, but i find it worrisome, please help. thank you.
Same for me. I'm 24 male. Had this small lump come and go for a few years now. Really spoilt my holiday once.
Mine is a small pea sized lump. Right now it hurts even when I'm not touching it but is more 'uncomfortable' than painful and I've been getting it about twice a year for the past 3 or 4 years.
I cant actually look at it obviously lol But its right on the anus.
Is there any creams you can buy in the shop for this? Obviously, I'd prefer not to have to visit the docs unless I have to!

i jus tried this method and it started to relive the pain rite away,i dnt no how long it will last but its wrkn so far so good.wat i did it use table salt,i wet the tip of my finger and pour sum salt on it and then rubbed the salt on the lump and around my anal a couple of times.i kno this sound weird but its wrkn so far.you mite feel jus a burn/sting but it wont feel unconfortable at all.jus keep repeatin wen u feel anymore pain rhru out the day gudluck.
