Hi folks
Im 14 and Most recently I have found small white pimple-like growths on my testicles o.O . Seeing as I am young and somehwta worried , I havent told my parents or a doctor , confiding in the endless knowledge of the internet :$
So these little teeny growth like things look exactly like small whiteheads . When I squeeze them a small white sort of string comes out , just like squeezing ones white heads . There are also bigger more bulbous ones that can not be squeezed . It cant be a STD as I am a virgin ( duhr >.< )
They are very itchy .
Obviously this is causing a great deal of emotional stress and It took some serious balls ( pun intended :-) ) to come online and ask about it...im feeling pretty insecure .

Its probably 'Fordyce's Spots'. Theyre completely natural and very common. Nothing to be worried about.
its most likely just hair roots, dont sqeeze them
