I have the same prob, except I have three large pimples, very painful, and can pop, like a pimple... I don't mind the tiny white things as much, but the pimples are really, well, demoting. I mean, taking a piss is shameful for me just because of those grossly annoying things. I haven't been sexually active yet, as I'm a bit too young, and I haven't had any saliva contact with anyone so, are these painful zits not herpes or aids? Oh yea, and my parents have been checked for aids or herpes and they don't have that. I just want to know I won't have to live my life on drugs or in the hospital. Please help!
hi so im 20 and i have a pimple on my penile shaft ... ok guys first thing is to go get checked out by a doc... i woke up and there was a pimple on my penile shaft it had a whit head and it hurt just were the white head was ... i popped the pimple and then well it popped just like a pimple the pain left and well what was left was a bump with a crater were the white head popped. ok popping it isnt a good idea but i just wasnt gonna leave it lookin like that .so next i kept messing with it and it got a little bigger . i noe its hard but dont mess with it it just makes it worse and or longer to heal ... i went to the doctor got tested for everything ... later that day i noticed a black line under it and it was an ingrown hair makes sense cus i trimed a couple days prior to the bump .i fished it out cus instead of coming out on its own it was just wraping around in there . ok reasons for a bump to come out on youre thing from triming or shaving .and from master bating due to friction and well dirty hands that infected a oil gland . my results came back and i came back clean no stds witch is good cus i was freakin out for weeks ...doc said drink lots of water lots 8 cups a day and thatll help out my acne .so leave it alone dont mess with it if it doesnt itch and hurt bad and its sounds like what i explained then it might be nothing but just to be safe go get checked out ... and to be safer when u have sex wear a condom .... i hope this helps
Something else that can appear on the penis that is benign is called Pearly Penile Papules.
This condition is most likely NOT syphilis as some above have mentioned.....syphilis symptoms can be found here:http://www.cdc.gov/std/syphilis/stdfact-syphilis.htmI have the same issue and am fairly certain that it is simply a case of plugged sebaceous glands and irritation from lubricant. You also may want to consider this condition as well:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hirsuties_coronae_glandisThis condition, listed above, may not be as bad as pictured but it is a harmless "defect" if you so choose to call it, that can be removed several different ways.I would definitely get it checked by a doctor just to be safe but I honestly do not think you have anything to worry about.

Hi guys, I'm 14 Years Old turning 15 this July. I Had a Small/Little Bump before and after 4 or 5 Days, It became Bigger and Bigger then After a Week or Two, I was so Worried then I Removed my Underwear and Stared at it, It looked like a Big Pimple with White thing in the Middle and it sometimes hurt when i touch it. Then I Slowly applied force to it then suddenly White Puss came out so I Continued until there was no more puss. After that, It didn't Hurt anymore then it slowly fade away until it was Gone. My Conclusion is, It might got Irritated when I Used a Lubricant while I Was Masturbating before I Got the Pimple. Then 5 or 6 Months later (Present Day/ NOW), I Masturbated with the same Lubricant I Used before and I Noticed a Small Bump like thing, Similar with the Previous Pimple I Had but It was just tiny like how it Started before, Then a Few Days later while I Was taking a -POOP- I Noticed it looks like a Red/Pinkish Bump now... I'm Worried that It might get Bigger again like before and I'm also worried that I Might get Uncomfortable again especially that School will start in a Week and I'm Afraid that It will hurt again. And I Need ADVICE! What Should I Do? Should I Pop it again and remove the Puss and stop using the Lubricant? I'm scared to tell my Parents about this. But a part of me is Confident because it happened to me before :( But I'm also scared, What if this is not because of the Lubricant? Im 25 now, they are just hair folicles most likely, or fordyce spots. Get them checked just incase but if fordyce spots you can use anti-sebum I have read. Hair follicles cant really be prevented unfortunately and thats what i have. has Increased over time
I'm 54 and have (and still) feel somewhat insecure about this - some girls I've been with have asked what it is where they clearly seem to think this is abnormal and possible a genital disease (like genital warts) - Fortunately I took contact with a doctor at early age (15-16) where it was explained to me this it was perfectly normal - So on one hand I know it should be nothing to worry about - but on the other hand I always felt conscious and embarrassed about it - have anyone ever seen a poster guy or port video where the guy gad hair follicle like bumps along the shaft - I haven't which emphases my embarrassment - Many times I've tried to do silly things like squeezing them in the hope they would pop - many times resulting in small (and sometimes painful) small infections - simply not possible to get rid of that way - trust me on this :)
Like most men I would like to feel "normal" and since the general image of a mans erection never mention this I think many men having these feel insecure and think something is wrong/abnormal.
I'm still conscious about this and on occasion try to find out if there's a "cure" - like laser or something available - would love to get rid of it if possible bu to my knowledge there's no "treatment" available.
Similar noodles can also appear on the underside of the head - appears like small white noodles along the rim of the head - also perfectly normal - so don't try to cut/squeeze these as this could harm you permanently.
Writing in the hope this might help some you guys growing up having questions about this.
