I have something similar.. I'm 13 and I have these tiny tiny holes on the bottom part of my penis head and when I squeeze them, puss comes out.. Can anyone help us?
I've got the same problem, i notice when i masterbate but i just leave them alone
They are probably just fordyce spots and all most ever teen going through puberty gets them both male and female once you finnish puberty then they will slowly disappear :-)
