That makes sense because inorder to burn calories you need to eat drink water . Raise your heart rate while working out so I say smoke .eat and go for a run. Get a uplifting strain and get to it.. all I can say is thank got for thw leafly website so now I know which weed does what... everyone should download that app. . Pick better strains ...and you will be able to tell the difference... thats why some people have wake and bakes and I mean it literally wakes you... try super silver haze weed. Or lemon haze and they should be at your local dispensaries. .

Ive smoked weed for the last 29 years,,and found that i always maintained a pretty good weight,at my best i was 55kilos, 5'2 now im a discusting *appr)8half 74kilos(around 93/4 stone),,im freaking out,and i noticed i havent been smoking the weed no where near as much,,,my dad would say the amount of muchie food id eat i should be 20 stone ,,so is it the slowing down with pot that made me gain this weight?,for years i theorised when you are stoned you dont gain weight,if this isnt true why am i gaining it.age?

Im glad I'm not smoking anymore lol. Im around people everyday who smoke. Their addicted and dumb. It's expensive, they can't afford it and controls their lives. I smoked for about 4 months straight and I guess its like your dad putting you in closet with a cigar. I know it speeds you up long term and messes with your memory. I guess I was coming down but I make better decision s without it. Thank God I quit but for sure your not going to have as much fun but my fun is being sane and composed. I love being sober.

Your not smart your a tit you no nothing about smoking bud or what it does to you at 17 this is no age at all I'm 26 been smoking bud since 12 . That's 14 yrs my head got to the stage of been blank completely after smoking 20 grams a day all day every day I'm now 5 days doin my rattle it's hard and my head is maced out I do no one thing weed is no good at all for you it slows down matabolism and everything in your life obviusly life and death medical stuff is different ball game altogether it will get on top of you trust me I'm pro smoker to no smoker

For anyone that's not into medical terminology let me sum this up for you in plain English. Smoking marijuana causes your respirations to increase. The increase in how mug you breathe causes your metabolism to increase in order to keep up with the higher demands of your breathing pattern. This occurs usually after about 15 minutes after toking. So yes technically speaking smoking pot does inadvertently speed up your metabolism. If you're worried about weight gain during the munchy period, snack on healthy sweet snacks, i.e. Strawberries, watermelon, grapes (basically any type of fruit) Frosted mini wheats, chocolate milk, etc.
