On the left side of my cheek under my jawline near the left ear (under it), there is this soft painless little lump. I don't think it moves when I touch it.

What is it?
Guest here again from OP, it only hurts if I touch it and I've been touching it a decent amount recently.

Guest here again from OP, could I just be overthinking it and it could be something in my throat muscles? It's sort of near the jaw line but under my jaw to the left side.

It's probably a lymph node.  You describe the location pretty well.  There should be one on the other side too but you may not feel it.

It's what your doctor palpates (feels) when they run their hands under your chin.

It may get smaller or bigger.  That's normal.  Lymph nodes help fight infections.

Adding on: Is it anything to worry about? Should I be concerned? Could it be something worse?
