Hi, I get exactly what you're getting but mine only happens on the feet and fingers and ONLY after i swim in the pool. As i swim every other day it never heals. Recently i stopped swimming for almost 2 weeks and it was healing if i moisturize it everyday along with applying Dexpantenol 50mg/g. Many thanks for you input on this!! :)

I have this issue since I had 4-5 years old. I am 26 years old now. Drinking "Black seed oil" helped me. Only you should find original one.

I finally found someone who shares exactly what I have! Hyperhydrosis and then just started in November (sometimes a little earlier, but every year right as its getting cold) painful prickly red spots in finger tips and palms that turn to already open blisters that peel leaving fingers and palms raw and sore. I have had it since elementary school. I haven't found a cure yet....

I went to Dermatologist, got a shot of cortisone, some corticosteroid cream. It cleared up nicely and didn't return for about 6 months. Held off going again due to a special event that I wanted to time with the treatment. Worked again. This time I had corticosterioid ointment and "Neosalus Lotion" which is Rx only. Worked again but I feel it might be starting up again so I'm starting the treatment again - oinitment AM & PM, hand lotion all day long. I wonder if it has anything to do with cold weather and perhaps bloodflow to the fingertips. I hope I can avoid the pain again.

Hey guys I hope this thread isnt dead cause I have the same problem.  Im a healthy 22 year old male living in Las Vegas, originally from Orange County, CA.  Ive lived in vegas close to 3 years now and last summer (may 2014) I noticed I was getting these blisters on my fingertips as well.  Ive been struggling for close to a year now where they came from.  They come and go and return, its so annoying.  There no itching, burning, tingling, or numbess.  Just these white circles that appear below the skin and then rise to the top where the blister forms and then splits open, there no liquid just dry and fragmented skin.  There is literally no symptoms so I though of course its dyshidrotic eczema or keratolysis exfoliativa, although I dont think it is, it might be from Thyroid porblems or a fungal infection.  It seems to get worse like you guys were saying after washing hands or taking a shower, my friend thinks this has to do with Hand Sanitizer since I was using it a lot before this happened but thats been over a year now and I continue to get these things.  I put Eucerin on it and it helps but very minutly.  Can anyone voice any insight?

I had this skin problem for years and just want to share how I finally cured it. For about eight years, the tip of my thumb went through cycles of cracking, peeling, and healing. Large pieces of skin would peel off to reveal sore, pink skin underneath. It progressively became worse, growing in surface area and eventually taking over most of my thumbprint. I tried everything to heal it: lotions, balms, creams, antifungal medicine, cortisone creams, prescription steroid creams, you name it. I even tried soaking it in various things like tea tree oil, hydrogen peroxide, apple cider vinegar, among others. After this endless search for a cure, I came across a shielding lotion called Gloves in a Bottle. I applied this lotion to my peeling skin a few times a day. A few weeks later, my thumb was no longer peeling. I continued using the lotion for months, applying it less and less. A year later, my thumb still looks and feels perfectly normal.

I'm having this exact same reaction!

A previous commenter mentioned that this happened after he started working out, and I have to say I've noticed the symptoms after my workouts as well. I thought at first that it may be from a detergent or disinfectant on the machines, or perhaps an allergy to the foam grip handles? ( I have a LOT of allergies so this may be the culprit)

I did just try supplementing with zinc to see if it helps.

have any of you considered it could be herpes witlow. whihc is not always obvious in its symptoms, sometimes just peeling/flaking skin.

sounds like herpes witlow. not surprising that doctors havent worked it out. also often comes back negative in swabs.
