What kind of peroxide are you talking about here? It must have stung a bit? Thanks Hilary

It probably is a virus. You probably had hand, foot, and mouth at some point. It never "goes away" and you will have flare ups for life.

If you have a aluminum, chromium, nickel, or other metal allergy, you likely touch numerous things throughout the day: faucets, door knobs, pots, pans, trays, cabinet hardware, dentil crowns and fillings, glasses with metal frames, phone chargers, coins, kettles, staples, canned foods, snaps, zippers, paper clips, cooking foil, appliances, metal surface areas on your computer, phone or iPad. Nickel is even naturally present in certain foods. Over the course of a lifetime exposure builds up. You might be transferring metal residue from your keyboard to other areas of your body.

I've had the peeling fingertips for years and it's made me crazy. I have tried every, every, every thing. Dermo doc called me a finger picker and Rx's $165 steroid cream that did nothing more than vasoline, I tried the peroxide and hibicleans soaks with limited success. Doc said it was not fungal, took some scrapings. I'm trying a new approach - maybe it's like eczema, and the the peeling is more a result of plaques under a few layers of skin. I am trying Eucrisa ointment for eczema and am having a big improvement - what peeling there is, is very thin, and manageable. Any one else try Eucrise??

If you quickly break down copper then you are probably low on it and need a vitamin supplement with it in it. My mom work copper bracelets on purpose so her body would absorb more copper.
