"but for almost a month, ive had canker sores off and on, i have the worst one yet inside my bottom lip right now, theres a small area between my two top front teeth where my gums are swollen, my throat is sore in my tonsil area. my throat is usually dry so i drink alot of water. and i do experience discomfort when swallowing, not exactly painful though. i have had up to 3 canker sores at a time, and even a couple small ones on my tongue. never had any sores or blisters outside my mouth though.
I have suffered from canker sores all my life. Not long ago I read that the Sodium Laurel (or Lauryth) Sulfate in toothpastes may contribute to the arise of them. Also, all of the mint oils may have an effect. I switched to a paste without these ingredients, and I have fewer of the sores.

Wow, sounds like you are really stressed. When I was in fifth grade I had a sore throat, what seemed like my ears were my glands that were hurting. And I had white spots on the back of my throat. It was strep throat, you can easily get rid of this with penescillan (spelling). The doctor can prescribe it. :) best of luck !!!
yah i have bumps on my lips and all through my mouth and i im worried its herpes but im not sure if it is. My lips are burning and my tonsils kill me. any idea?
Did it ever accure to you all it has to be Hyperthyroidism I was dignosed with that a week ago and there is alot of reasons for it to cause all these symptons and it's not fun at all!! You miss periods, have headaches, Sleep alot, body sore, dizzy, sore gums, etc. There is a cure for it but you need to see your doctor to get your blood work done to know for sure what's wrong! Don't go to te Doctors without demanding Blood work, it always tells you everything.
my eyes hurt and often water for no reason, for example when im going to sleep they stream. i have lots of red blisters at the back of my throat going up ti the roof of my mouth which are really painful and irritating. my periods have been 'wierd' since january, having only 2 days with slight spotting, a month appart (a month of so..) i found a lump, which i had checked, and the doctor said it was a lowered cervix, which should move back up after my period, however it has not changed. i keep getting really sharp stabbing pains in my chest when i lie down.
what could ALL this be?? please help, i need answers and my doctors are totally useless!

At least half of the replies sound like Oral Herpies. You can get it from sexual contact but also from sharing drinks, foods, or utensils with an infected person (which is like half the population by age 50 or something- idr the statistic). My doctor informed me that's super, super common, so if you have sores in your mouth, even if you think they are canker sores, its best to get them checked out so you know if you have the virus. You will have it forever but its better to know so you can prevent (lessen the chance of) giving it to others, get anti-viral meds (that help a ton, fyi), and know how to prevent outbreaks.
What got me to the doctor to find out I had it (oh joy), was sores on the sides of my tongue, inside of my lip (where I've gotten sores before that may or may not have been just canker sores) and swollen gums that hurt horribly to the point where I couldn't eat anything but soft foods or soup. I also think I may have had a fever, definitely fatigue, and just a generally crappy feeling in my head and everywhere else. The meds cleared it up in a couple days, so it was definitely worth the trip to the doctor!
Just a healthy side tip: Get checked for STDs regularly if your having annny kind of sexual contact because a lot have no symptoms
and can wreck your reproductive system by the time you go to the doctor with a problem!!

Did anyone get any help from anyone? I am going to my 2nd Gyn in a month, the last one gave me antidepressants however, i am not depressed? Went to see my GP too, who also gave me a different brand of antidepressants. This is bullwack as i have very very physical symptoms of something and from what i see here, i'm not the only one and it's been happening for quite some time. My symptoms have been off and on for 2 years gradually increasing to once a month, before my period and now 2x a month during ovulations and before period. I cannot live like this anymore...... PLEASE HELP!!
It is all hormonal ladies!!! You need to see a biodentical hormone specialist, it is all due to a lack of eostrogen/progesterone and loosing bone density. You need to do a hormone salvia test with Genova Diagnostics and go armed with the facts. If anyone gets it sorted let me know what they found out, because I am stuggling too and waiting for results!! Good luck!!!
wow, zflowerz, i literally have all of these things?!?
it's insane. dont know what it is :(

I have heard that it is good to take vitamin C with a B complex, otherwise you can get a canker sore, so maybe when you eat citrus you could try also taking 50 mil of B complex.
