When my penis is erect, the foreskin pulls back a bit, a little less than a centimeter, but when I'm wearing pants or something... it hurts. Is this normal?
Also, what should the line on the bottom of a penis look like? I'm just curious, because mine is really wide :(

You don't say what hurts when you get the erection so I'm going to guess a bit. When you get an erection and the foreskin comes back the glans (head) is exposed. It touches your pants and hurts.
If so, you're NORMAL. The glans will be very sensitive as the foreskin covers it and protects it. The nerves aren't used to touching things. You'll eventually get used to it.
The line on your penis is NORMAL as well. Don't focus on the size. It's how the penis forms as a fetus. Look up penile raphe, you might find some pictures.
