i've been trying to get my wife pregnant for a while now. When i ejaculate in her, if she stands or lays down it runs right back out of her. What could be causing this?
Its typical for some seminal fluids to run back out, not all will stay in...Each time a male ejaculates millions of sperm are released, so what is left inside is enough to create pregnancy...It only takes one!!!
P.S. It may take any where from 2 months to a year sometimes for one to concieve...If conception doesnt take place after a year you may want to talk to your obgyn and see what she can do for you.....
