I am 15 and I have little spots on my penis there sort of yellowred white there on my forskin, I also used to have tight forskin but I don't anymore as I stretched it in the bath, but now I'm finding that there are spots everywhere on my forskin there everywhere and some are appearing on my bellend and some are appearing on my shaft, can I get rid of them?
