I'm 18 years old and Male. And About Three weeks ago I noticed a kind of stiffness and burning in my neck. The Pain Then went into my head as pressure in my temples along with seeing little white spots. i got a cat scan and that came back negative, thank God. Then I went to a neurologists and he said it could be migraines or a pinched nerve. I've been taking the migraine medication for about five days now and it still hasn't gone away and the EMG isn't scheduled for another 4 weeks. Also around the same time I began feeling pain in my lower abdomen that radiates outward toward my lower back area. I also get nauseous and dizzy and lately I've been feeling fatigued, i'm on the swim team and dread going because I know i could barely finish the warm up.
I got a ct scan of my abdomen and they were checking for kidney stonesand appendicitis and that came back negative as well.
I'm just wondering if anybody has a clue of what this could possibly be, or could it be two separate things. Maybe I'm just worrying too much and i'm just going through an extended period time of illness and my minds playing tricks on me, but if any one has any idea of what it could be please let me know.
P.S. I don't know if this would help anything but my temperature seems to be slightly less then normal.

Did you ever find out what it was? My 11 year old son is displaying identical symptoms.
