I am 67 and after my boyfriend has an orgasum I feel a stinging sensation in my vagina. At first I thought I might be developing a reaction to the lubercent we were using. I bought some new and things were fine untill he had an orgasm, then, oh boy, it was hot. Could I be developing an alergic reaction to his seamon? Love the sex, but not the after sensation. It seems that this has been comming on for several months, but last evening it was really hot. What are your thoughts?
Hmmm, the allergic to semen might happen although it is very rare. Your vagina might get red and swollen and you could feel the burning sensation in there, but this is only right after the sex. I believe this is due to the lubricant you are using. We are not tolerant to all the products, there must be something that irritates your vagina. Have you ever considered of changing the lubricant you are using?
There could be a temporary solution for this, like having your vagina cleaned after each intercourse you have, this could prevent you from getting allergic reactions or making the condition even worse. But this is just until you find the permanent solution, and I suggest that you talk to your doctor about this. He would know what should be the best thing to do after he has your vagina checked and you tell him everything you are through after the intercourse.
