I'm 39. I'm 130 lbs, and 5'5. But I'm getting a stomach, I'm not pregnant. I'm sure it's from stress. Should I get rid of my flab by just doing regular ab excercises or is there more to it?
I know what you mean, I have been piling up in the abdominal area around my waste and I have never had that. Ok, I have always been a bit over weight but I never had a huge waste. After a year of sedentary work, a lot of stress and coffee-this is what I came up with.
Exercises are the only thing that would work, swimming and running as well. You probably know that this kind of fat is the hardest to get rid of and it asks for a lot of sacrifice and exercise. I reckon that you should also pay attention to what you are eating and avoid all the refined sugar and fat foods.
