For over a week i have had stomach pains and spotting light pink bleeding i have also had constant back pain on my left hand side for a number of years.I had a mirena coil over a year ago because of heavy periods and pain and i have not had a period since then. also last october i had a TVT operation is the pain and the bleeding anything to do with the TVT? and is it anything to worry about?

Is there any chance you could be pregnant? If so, get a test because back pain, stomach pain, and spotting are all symptoms of pregnancy. If not, you could have something more serious. You should see your doctor and get a pap test or an ultra sound to check for any cysts.
