Your 17!!! Stop trying to have kids or or be more careful! your being fooolish
This happened to me as well. Yesterday, when I went to the bathroom my underwear was covered in a brownish black discharge. I had my period a week and a half ago and haven't had sex in a 2 months. I have been on a birth control pill regularly for almost a year now, but last to weeks i have missed my Sunday pills could that be why this is happening? Today I also have the discharge and now i'm cramping as if it were my period. Could it be because I missed a couple pills or is there a problem?
I've had the stuff too! I am 13 and am really scared. I've been reading and it is the beginning of my period. I've never had a period and am really scared...please help me!!!!
I'm a bit scared.. I'm 13 and I hadn't had my period, and I get that discharge every month... Do you know whats happening? Because I do have things like PMS... Damn it stays for 2 days and then go away? What is it?
Hello, I have this thing too and I just found this on a webpage:
According to the McKinley Health Center of the University of Illinois, a healthy vagina emits normal secretions that regulate and keep it clean. These discharges can range from clear to yellowish or cloudy white. McKinley Health Center also states that vaginal discharge varies due to such things as the menstrual cycle, birth control pills, nutrition and pregnancy. Variations from normal can indicate infection or disease.
Implantation Bleeding
Baby Med indicates a dark brown or black vaginal discharge may occur six to 12 days after fertilization of an egg when the embryo attaches to the uterine lining. This is known as implantation. Rich in blood, this lining is shed once a month if fertilization does not occur. It is not unusual for a bit of blood to travel down the cervix into the vagina during implantation. Because of the time it takes to pass out of the body, the blood is much darker than normal.
According to Brookside Associates Medical Educational Division, the most common foreign body found in the vagina is a lost or forgotten tampon. Symptoms include black or brownish vaginal discharge accompanied by a foul vaginal odor. Removal is usually done by a doctor, and patients can follow up in two or three weeks unless fever or other signs of sickness occur. Toxic shock syndrome is a rare, but severe, complication.
Cervical Cancer
Cervical cancer is cancer in the upper portion of the vagina that opens to the uterus. The National Institutes of Health states that cervical cancer is a slow spreading cancer that begins as dysplasis, a precancerous condition. Undetected, it can metastasize to other organs. Early cervical cancer does not usually display symptoms, but if present, signs could include a dark brownish discharge and a foul-smelling odor.
i have same problem....... can u plz give me rply........
The same thing is happening to me but I'm still bleeding from my period.
I had a black like discharge too and couldn't figure out what it was. No odor, no irritation. Then I thought back to years ago when I had a serious ear infection and black stuff was coming out of my ear. A culture showed it to be a fungal infection. Sooo..... I thought that might be what I was experiencing. I did the week of vaginal suppositories and that did help, but the black discharge returned. I then started taking a probiotic and that did the trick. I take one probiotic daily and the black discharge has not returned.
This is an online forum for help and support forum. It is also a place to ask questions. It is NOT a place to bully others or call names. It is obvious you have your own moral values that are not congruent with this young lady's life, HOWEVER that does not give you the right to judge her or call her names "foolish!" She stated she was 17 and MARRIED, unless you were too quick judging to realize that, and what differecnce does it make if she wasn't? She has a support system as she discussed the support of her mother, whom is a Dr. and a husband. She is on birth control at the time she wrote this post. You demanding that sge STOP having children and disrespecting this young lady by calling her foolish is ABSURD!!!!! You also mention she isnto be careful. She is on birth control, and how do you, or would you know that she is not careful. You obviously do not know this lady, niether do I, thus you do not know her circumstances. You have NO right to judge and bully a lady asking for help on a public forum!!!!!!! She could be the best mother on Earth, she could have a medical condition that would limit her child-bearing age in the future..... it is not for me to speculate or judge. I do know she came to this public forum looking for help and support. Not to be criticized, called names, and put down. Others on this forum are there for you if you request something, without judging your circumstances. Instead of offering whatever encouragement you could and pay that same respect forward, you bullied a scared 17 year old lady. Take a look in the mirror and see is that is really who you want to be and the opinion you want others to form of you, before getting to know you as a whole person. In case your wondering this is advice coming from a Clinicaly licensed therapist with 3 state licenses and a Master's degree. I only share that with you in hopes you would not see this and think it is just another "teen mom" or friend sticking up for her. However, i feel that I would be blessed to meet this strong lady. I hope you open your heart and consider your previous words to her as well as my words to you. I wish you the best life has to offer, love, and support in all places you go. Also, that you never have to feel the effects of bullying or being judged unjustly. Nicole MSW,LSW,LCAC,LCHT
