Hello, I have had small white bumps that look like they are coming from the hair on my testicles. But unlike the others I read about on here, mine do not usualy ever go away. I have two of them right now. And After months and months it seems they do eventually go away. But one of them started swelling and popped today. Lots of blood came out, and a hute white head like thing came out. It was really big. It was about half as wide as the underscore on the keyboard _ about like that. And now there is a small slit in my testicle about the size of the hyphen - . And I'm sorry my units of measurement are on the keyboard. Well after i drained it all just a few minutes ago, there is still a small round spot swolen on my testicle with the head from which i poped whatever this was. The swollen spot now measures about half inch in diameter. I dont really have the cash to go to the doctor right now. Should I put antibiodic cream on it or anything? Please help, cause anything wrong with Testicles is scarry! Thanks (PS I'm 21, and I dont think its an std, i've been with the same and only girl for a long long time.)

I also have one now. It is actually the second one. The first one I drained almost instantly. It was also swollen when I squeezed the stuff out but the swelling subsided some time after.
A few days ago, I went to see urologist about another matter and he looked at this too. He told me not to squeeze it, and totally freaked me out, because it might get infected.
Now I don’t touch it even thought I have a huge desire.
