well i have a strange problem, the problem starts after my orgasm is over. i feel discomfort in my anal region. i am 20 years in age and fit. i have no other sex issue but its only after i end the climax the problem begins. the discomfort is like i feel an urge to pass stool , but actually it doesn't passes at all, even if it does pass the discomfort in my anal region persists for about an hour or two. i am really worried as this may bother me when i have an intercourse. please help me someone, is it some kind of disease or temporary problem... please answer someone
