strange feeling in both ears

First I felt like something inside my both ears.It's not always happens.When I hear small noice or with the wind it starts.I feel it starts from outside of the ear to the inside.Feels some cold when it occurs and it try to block my ear.Help me what is going to me? I am afraid.I am still 24.A Student.
